Seamless.insure is an end-to-end SaaS-based insurance management platform designed to empower underwriters and distributors with efficiency, compliance, and superior customer experiences. Our platform is adaptable, innovative, and crafted to address the complexities of the
insurance sector.

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products. You will be responsible for planning and executing test cases, identifying defects, and working closely with developers and stakeholders to deliver high-quality applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases for functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
• Identify, document, track, and verify defects through resolution, including root cause analysis with developers.
•  Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright and enhance existing automation frameworks.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate and optimize automated test suites within CI/CD pipelines.
• Analyze test results, identify quality risks, and provide clear test reports and recommendations.
• Support UAT activities, ensuring proper test documentation and stakeholder sign-off.
• Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Developers to ensure requirements are clear, testable, and meet quality standards.
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, grooming, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and quality standards throughout testing activities.
• Continuously improve QA processes, share knowledge with team members, and stay current with testing tools and industry best practices.

Yêu cầu công việc

Must-Have

•  3+ years of experience in software testing with a strong mix of manual and automation testing.
• Hands-on experience with Playwright (TypeScript/JavaScript preferred).
• Solid understanding of testing methodologies, test design techniques, and defect management.
• Experience with web application testing and CI/CD environments.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with global stakeholders.

Nice-to-have

• ISTQB Foundation Level certification (or equivalent)
• Experienced in both Enterprise Web Applications and Mobile Applications testing methodologies.
• Experience leveraging AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, test generation tools) to enhance QA productivity
• Strong business acumen and knowledge in Insurance Applications will be added advantage
