Objective:

Ensure the quality and reliability of our mobile application. The role includesmanual testing, automation, and leveraging AI tools to improve test efficiency,coverage, and defect detection.​

 

Key responsibilities/duties:

  • Analyze requirements, user stories, and technical design documents.
  • Design and execute: Test cases; Test plans; Test scenarios (functional & non-functional).
  • Perform: Functional testing; Regression testing; Integration & API testing; UATsupport;
  • Identify, log, and track bugs using Jira/Azure DevOps.
  • Review requirements and proactively: Identify gaps / ambiguities; Raise clarifying questions.
  • Work closely with: BA / Product Owner; Developers; Other QA members;
  • Participate in: Sprint planning; Grooming; Retrospectives.
  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts.
  • Integrate test automation into Azure CI/CD pipelines.
  • Improve regression efficiency and test coverage.
  • Utilize AI tools to enhance testing productivity, including: Generate test cases from requirements using AI; Auto-generate test data; Assist in bug analysis & root cause investigation;
  • Apply AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, test AI platforms) to: Analyze logs & API responses; Suggest edge cases and risk scenarios;
  • Explore AI agents for: Mobile app testing (Appium/Maestro integration);Automated exploratory testing.
  • Identify and adopt new testing methodologies, best practices and tools to improve test coverage and greatly reduce the need for repetitive functional testing.
  • Ensure high product quality and release readiness.

 

 

Yêu cầu công việc

Need-to-have areas:

  • 2–5+ years experience in Software Testing / QA.
  • Experience in mobile app testing (iOS/Android).
  • Strong understanding of: SDLC & Agile/Scrum.
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication & collaboration skills.
  • Experience in: Writing test cases & test scenarios; API testing (Bruno, Swagger,curl...).
  • Experienced in automation tools: Appium / Selenium / Maestro.
  • Experienced in at least one programming language (Java, TypeScript, C#).
  • Basic knowledge of: SQL / database testing; Performance testing.
  • Hands-on experience or willingness to learn using AI tools (Github Copilot, etc.) in daily work.
  • Ability to: Generate test scenarios using AI; Use AI for debugging & log analysis.
  • Mindset: Continuous improvement using automation & AI; Not just “execute testcases” but use AI to work smarter and faster.
