Track mutliple-project progress, milestones, and delivery timelines
Coordinate across Tech Leads, PO/Business teams, BA, QA, DevOps, and Operations
Monitor project risks, dependencies, and blockers
Escalate major issues to CTO, Managers proactively
Organize and follow up project meetings, action items, and delivery reviews
Prepare weekly project reports, monthly delivery reports, and project dashboards
Support resource planning and workload tracking across teams
Ensure visibility and synchronization between business and engineering teams

3+ years experience in Project Management, PMO, Delivery Coordination, or Technical Project Management
Experience in software projects, fintech/payment/banking systems is a strong advantage
Good understanding of software development lifecycle, API/integration projects, and agile/scrum workflow
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Able to work with both business and technical teams
Experience with Jira, Confluence, Excel/Google Sheets
Good English communication skills
