• Work closely with seperate scrum team to deliver neat timeline & high quality product.
• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product owners and software developers.
• Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders; adjust layout, identify and troubleshoot UX problems based on feedbacks.
• Play as a part of core team, take responsible for 1 project and mentor junior designer in other project.
• Cooperate with other core team members to develop solid UX methods and maintain design systems.

Yêu cầu công việc

• 3+ years of experience in Product Design/ UX UI Designer , with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in user-centered design and interaction design.
• A good mix of mastery of the following technologies and software: Figma, Zeplin, HTML5, CSS3, JS, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and applying data-driven insights to inform design decisions.
• Team spirit, strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
