Mynavi TechTus Vietnam is looking for a hard-working and technical Project Manager ( Middle/ Senior) who has IT background, can help us create World-class SAAS applications for our growing customer base. You’ll lead and manage the delivery of multiple complex software development projects in a timely, controlled and predictable manner. As the Project Manager you’ll be the driving force for ensuring Agile/Scrum is comprehended and enacted. You’ll be responsible for coaching the Development Team to be self-organized and create high-value products, and remove impediments to the progress.

What to do

• Lead the Development Team with Agile/Scrum/Waterfall practices and values.
• Monitor progress of the work (team/project), provide guidance on project initiatives and communicate statuses to project stakeholders on a regular basis, ensure the quality of communication (frequency, adaptation based on the context and product, etc.)
• Manage and maintain the product development, the sprints and backlogs.
• Facilitate Agile rituals efficiently and strictly.
• Regularly report on the status of the projects, predict risks, issues and scopes when needed.
• Proactively follow up with clients and on mandates with the customers.
• Participate in the implementation of appropriate methodologies for effective project management that meet quality standards and deadlines.
• Define and apply best management methods and practices and take part in the implementation.
• Determine the resources required (availability, skills) and ensure project knowledge to be transferred.
• Define the processes of system quality improvement, implement the best practices and relevant techniques.
• Build a successful and healthy Development Team.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Information Science, Business, or Computer Science.
• Project Management training/certification (i.e. PMP, CSM, PSM, PSPO) is preferred.
• Minimum of 3-5 years experience in role Project Manager.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum process in particular.
• Good skills and knowledge of prioritization, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, increasing transparency
• Audience-aware communication skills that enable you to have technical discussions with developers as well as discussions with end-users who are not technically savvy.
• Software development experience or insights.
• Humble confidence – a good passion for IT software
• Ability to compromise and understand that “Perfect is the Enemy of Good”.

Nice to have:

• Good in verbal and written English or Japanese.
