We are seeking an Quality Engineer who is passionate about delivering high-quality software and leveraging AI to improve testing efficiency, product quality, and team productivity.
As part of our AI-first organization, you will work closely with Business Analysts, Product Managers, Developers, Designers, and AI systems to ensure our SaaS platforms, mobile applications, CRM systems, and AI-powered products meet the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Quality Assurance & Testing
● Review business requirements, user stories, specifications, and acceptance criteria to identify gaps, risks, and edge cases before development begins.
● Design and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, test scenarios, and exploratory testing activities.
● Perform functional, regression, integration, usability, and end-to-end testing for web, mobile, and API-based applications.
● Validate new features, enhancements, bug fixes, and production releases.
● Ensure applications perform consistently across browsers, devices, operating systems, and environments.
● Conduct risk-based testing to maximize quality while maintaining delivery speed.
Mobile Application Testing
● Test mobile applications on iOS and Android platforms.
● Verify functionality, performance, usability, accessibility, and overall user experience.
● Validate synchronization with backend systems, APIs, wearable devices, and third-party integrations.
● Identify mobile-specific issues related to connectivity, notifications, permissions, and device compatibility.
AI-Assisted Quality Engineering
● Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Gemini, or similar technologies to improve testing productivity and coverage.
● Use AI to generate test cases, test scenarios, edge cases, regression suites, and exploratory testing ideas.
● Leverage AI to analyze requirements, identify ambiguities, detect missing acceptance criteria, and uncover potential defects early.
● Partner with development teams to continuously improve software quality using AI-driven approaches.
● Contribute to building and improving automated quality assurance processes using AI technologies.
Defect Management
● Identify, document, prioritize, and track software defects using project management tools.
● Work closely with developers to reproduce, investigate, and resolve issues efficiently.
● Verify bug fixes and validate that defects are fully resolved before closure.
● Communicate quality risks and release readiness clearly to stakeholders.
Release Quality & UAT Support
● Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, requirement reviews, and release activities.
● Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and validate business workflows.
● Provide quality assessments and release recommendations.
● Ensure releases meet defined quality standards before deployment to production.
Continuous Improvement
● Help improve testing methodologies, QA standards, test documentation, and quality processes.
● Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.
● Contribute to building a quality-first and AI-first engineering culture.
● Continuously learn and adopt new testing tools, technologies, and AI capabilities.

Job Requirements
Technical Qualifications
● Have knowledge in Software QA, Quality Engineering, or Mobile Application Testing.
● Experience testing web and mobile applications on iOS and Android platforms.
● Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, testing strategies, and defect lifecycle management.
● Experience creating test plans, test cases, test scenarios, and regression testing suites.
● Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
● Experience using Jira, Confluence, or similar collaboration tools.
● Basic understanding of APIs, integrations, and API testing tools such as Postman.
● Familiarity with SQL and data validation techniques is a plus.
● Experience with automation testing tools and frameworks is an advantage.
AI & Productivity Skills
● Practical experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Cursor, Copilot, or similar technologies.
● Ability to leverage AI to improve testing efficiency, requirement analysis, documentation, and defect investigation.
● Strong interest in AI-assisted software development and quality engineering.
Language Skills
● Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
● Ability to read and understand product requirements, technical documentation, release notes, and user stories.
● Ability to write clear, detailed, and actionable bug reports and testing documentation in English.
