Role Overview
As an AI Engineer, you will design, build, and deploy AI solutions that automate workflows, enhance decision-making, and improve productivity across our businesses. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Business teams to integrate AI capabilities into real-world applications and business processes.
This role requires a combination of software engineering, AI application development, systems integration, and problem-solving. We are looking for engineers who can rapidly turn business challenges into practical AI solutions and deliver measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
AI Application Development
● Design, build, and deploy AI-powered applications, assistants, copilots, and automation solutions.
● Develop AI workflows using Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, and agent frameworks.
● Build and maintain AI-driven features that improve user experience, operational efficiency, and business outcomes.
● Implement memory, context management, knowledge retrieval, and orchestration capabilities for AI systems.
Business Automation
Develop AI solutions to support and automate business processes across:
E-Commerce & Retail
● Product enrichment and content generation
● Customer support automation
● Inventory optimization
● Personalization and recommendations
● Warehouse and operational workflows
SaaS & Business Platforms
● CRM automation
● Customer intelligence
● Workflow automation
● Knowledge management
● Reporting and analytics
Farming SaaS
● Yield prediction
● Crop planning assistance
● Farm operations optimization
● Marketplace workflows
● Data-driven decision support
AI Platform & Integration
● Integrate AI services into existing platforms such as Shopify, NetSuite, CRM systems, and custom applications.
● Develop APIs and services that enable AI capabilities across products and internal systems.
● Build scalable AI infrastructure supporting production workloads.
● Connect AI solutions with business data sources, third-party services, and operational systems.
Monitoring & Continuous Improvement
● Develop monitoring, evaluation, and feedback mechanisms for AI systems.
● Improve AI reliability, performance, cost efficiency, and response quality.
● Analyze usage patterns and continuously optimize prompts, workflows, and system architecture.
● Ensure AI solutions meet security, privacy, and business requirements.
Research & Innovation
● Stay current with emerging AI technologies, models, frameworks, and best practices.
● Rapidly prototype new AI opportunities and validate business value.
● Identify opportunities to leverage AI to improve products, processes, and team productivity.

Job Requirements
Technical Skills
● Strong programming skills in Python.
● Experience with Node.js and TypeScript is a plus.
● Experience building production software applications and APIs.
● Familiarity with cloud platforms such as GCP or AWS.
● Strong understanding of software architecture and system integration.
AI & Machine Learning
Experience with some of the following:
● OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or similar AI platforms
● LangChain, LangGraph, or agent frameworks
● Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
● Vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant, Chroma, or FAISS
● Prompt engineering and LLM application development
● AI evaluation, monitoring, and optimization techniques
Data & Integration
● Experience working with SQL and database systems.
● Familiarity with structured and unstructured data processing.
● Experience integrating third-party APIs and business systems.
● Understanding of data pipelines and workflow automation.

● Familiarity with workflow automation platforms such as n8n, Zapier, or Make.
● Experience with open-source AI models and local inference environments.
