The Role

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to support multiple Agile software development teams building healthcare technology solutions for the U.S. market.

You will play a key role in ensuring teams operate efficiently, deliver high-quality outcomes, and continuously improve their ways of working. This role requires someone who understands software development environments, can communicate effectively with technical teams, and actively drives delivery rather than simply coordinating meetings or passing information between stakeholders.

The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, technically aware, and comfortable supporting multiple teams simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Support and coordinate 2–3 Agile development teams simultaneously.
• Drive Agile best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify, track, and remove impediments that affect team productivity and delivery.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Engineering Leads, Developers, QA Engineers, and business stakeholders.
• Ensure effective communication and alignment across teams and stakeholders.
• Monitor sprint progress, delivery commitments, dependencies, and risks.
• Help teams improve planning, estimation, prioritization, and execution practices.
• Coach team members on Agile principles and foster a culture of accountability and ownership.
• Provide transparency into project status and delivery outcomes.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven experience as a Scrum Master in software development environments.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
• Need excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Good understanding of software development processes and technical concepts.
• Ability to understand engineering discussions and work effectively with technical teams.
• Experience supporting multiple teams or projects simultaneously.
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and highly accountable.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Willing and able to work from 6:00 AM Vietnam Time.

Preferred Qualifications

• Scrum certifications such as PSM, CSM, or equivalent.
• Experience working with distributed or international teams.
• Experience in healthcare technology, SaaS, or product development environments.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and Agile project management tools.
• Experience coaching teams through Agile transformation or process improvement initiatives.

 ⏰ Working Hours: Starting from 6:00 AM (Vietnam Time)
