Teko is looking for a highly motivated DevOps Engineer. As a team member, you will be exposed to all production services and infrastructure. This allows you to be a significant multiplier on Teko’s product velocity. Our goal is to create a culture of service ownership, deploy immutably, and remove manual judgments while automating the entire process to increase safety and confidence.

Your responsibilities:

• Deploy, configure, and maintain Kubernetes clusters to ensure high availability and scalability in hybrid environments (GCP and on-prem).
• Collaborate with development teams to extend and optimize applications in various programming languages.
• Automate routine tasks and processes to improve efficiency.
• Building an Internal Developer Platform (IDP) to enable developers to self-manage (build, deploy, and monitor service) with great quality and follow best practices. Help to build a DevOps culture for the entire company.
• Improve our CI/CD pipeline to speed up the deployment process, using data insights for automated canary analysis and rollbacks, helping us release more often and with better quality.
• Monitor and troubleshoot application or system issues by deep-diving into technical problems. This requires you to deeply understand the application and infrastructure stack. That's why it's a big plus if you are an ex-backend engineer.
• Share the responsibility of being on-call.
• Build SLI/SLO for infrastructure & services following the concept of SRE.
• From time to time, raise your standard, learn and share your knowledge with other team members.

Yêu cầu công việc

• BS in Computer Science or similar field of study
• Over 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience with Kubernetes, including cluster deployment, management, and orchestration.
• Solid understanding of networking concepts, including routing, load balancing, and firewall configuration.
• Solid experience of Linux (kernel, file system, network, devices)
• Extended experience of software development (Python, Golang, Java) and CI/CD pipelines.

Our current tech stacks:

• Infrastructure: Multi-cloud, Linux, Network, Storage (Ceph), Kubernetes on bare metal.
• CI/CD & Automation: Ansible, Terraform, Docker, Gitlab CI.
• Application layers: Python, Golang, Java.
• Distributed systems: Elasticsearch, Apache Spark, Kafka.
• Databases: Redis, MySQL, PostgreSQL.
