To join our dynamic team in Viet Nam, we are currently looking for the below role:

BACKUP ENGINEER

• Define and setup backup architecture on-prem and public cloud.
• Perform restoration of CI (On-prem or Cloud)
• Improvement of Backup/ DR solution
• Incident & problem resolution via ticket
• Provide level 2 support on escalation.
• Manage the capacity planning & backup application performance.
• Generate report and ensure BACKUP SLA are met.
• Manage storage appliances (Tape library, Disk or Cloud Storage)
• Join client call.
• Support the on-call rotation.
• Pro-active solution for improvement of the service
   

Yêu cầu công việc

Must have:

• 2-5 years of relevant experience 
• Strong knowledge on Commvault and TSM.
• Proficient with Windows operating systems and Unix:
• Good Understanding of network.
• Experience with cloud solutions (AWS/Alicloud /Azure) 
• Understanding of RPO & RTO
• Reading/writing specs, documenting system changes
• Basic knowledge on Database: MSSQL/MySQL or Oracle 
• Scripting: PowerShell or Terraform  
• Interpersonal skills proficiency  
• Innovation mindset   
• Good communication skill in English.  
• Customer-oriented approach  

Nice to have:

• BSc/MSc in Computer Science & Engineering or equivalent   
• Technically curious and having analytical skills 
• Basic knowledge about VMware
• Self-organized and prioritize work
