We are currently seeking an experienced AI Lead Full Stack Engineer with a strong background in digital consulting and fluency in English and Vietnamese. Overseas experience is a plus.

Job Summary

As a AI Lead Full Stack Engineer at our digital consulting firm, you will play a pivotal role in driving the design and implementation of innovative technology solutions for both Vietnamese and international projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to deliver High Value digital experiences and transformation initiatives, where your technical expertise will make a difference.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead product engineering: Drive the end-to-end development of the Agentic OS platform and marketplace.
• Architect AI systems: Design scalable multi-agent orchestration, APIs, and enterprise integrations (ERP, CRM, BIM, etc.).
• Build full stack features: From backend orchestration engines to sleek front-end dashboards.
• Ensure enterprise-grade reliability: Security, cost governance, compliance, and scalability.
• Product innovation: Collaborate with founders and early customers to shape the roadmap.
• Mentor & grow: Help build and guide a world-class technical team.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

• Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer sciences, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Work Experience & Critical knowledge & skills including tools, software applications, language, etc.
  • 4+ years of experience in full stack product development (SaaS, AI, or enterprise platforms).
  • Strong AI/ML architecture exposure (agentic workflows, LLMs, orchestration frameworks).
  • Expertise in backend systems (Node.js, Python, or Go, PHP) and frontend frameworks (React, Next.js, or similar).
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and DevOps best practices.
  • Proven ability to design scalable system architectures with APIs and microservices.
  • Understanding of enterprise integration (ERP, CRM, construction/industry tools).
  • Visionary mindset: ability to balance technical execution with product innovation.
  • Entrepreneurial drive — thrives in early-stage, fast-paced environments.
