OT nhiều khiến mất động lực làm việc
OT nên được trả lương OT hợp lý
Đề nghị cải thiện:
Có thêm ngày phép sinh nhật
Có thêm ngày kỉ niệm thành lập cty
Các hđ đào tạo cần được đa dạng cho nhiều đối tg hơn
