OFFSHORE OUTSOURCING COMPANY? WE ARE LITTLE DIFFERENT.
Our Studio was established in August 2022 to became of creative development professionals that the whole world can be proud of. We were founded from the Japanese parent company but operates independently here in Ho Chi Minh City. We co-develop products together with the Japan team but we are not offshore team just to do what we are told to do. Not an outsourcing company with micro management. We suggest, manage, lead and control the project because it’s our product. We are here to demonstrate values to the world.<GIVE PEOPLE THE POWER TO OWN THEIR WORK- LIFE>
We are a team that creates a fulfilling “new way of working” where the hopes of people and the expectations of society fit perfectly, as if “the way of working” and “the way of life” are merged.
Our studio is primarily responsible for the development of new services for Persol Career, our parent company in Japan, PERSOL Group - one of the largest companies in the Asia human resources industry, and the maintenance of the database systems that form the core of those services. Our goal is to help each individual in the world to correctly know, choose, and act on their own opportunities and potential. Since establishment, we has been growing every year and is planning to continue expanding in the future.

Bridge Software Engineer - Mr Nam

My day usually starts with prioritizing tasks for the day. After that, I join daily meetings with the team or project stakeholders to sync up on progress and address any issues that come up. Most of my time is spent supporting team members and reviewing their outputs to ensure code quality and project timelines are on track.
What I appreciate the most is that PCT creates many opportunities for younger members to learn new technologies, and colleagues are always willing to support each other. The company also offers well-structured training and learning support programs—not only for team members but also for managers—so everyone can continue growing.
Frontend Leader - Mr Tai
At first, I thought PERSOL CAREER TECH STUDIO VIETNAM was just a small company like the ones I'd worked at before. But after joining, I was pleasantly surprised by how big, dynamic, and supportive the environment is. It's been way beyond what I expected!
Good thing: I had a very friendly welcome, so my onboarding day went very smoothly. The working hours are very flexible and offices are very convenient for working. Company location is nice so no need to worry about traffic jams.
Back End Leader - Mr Vu
PCT focuses on meticulous product development, prioritizing high coding standards over speed. We seek new methods to enhance productivity, fostering personal and professional growth for all team members. Working with supportive colleagues is fulfilling and advances us collectively.
Starting at PCT made me realize that relying solely on instincts didn't always yield the best outcomes. Now, I approach tasks differently, taking time to evaluate and plan systematically for continual improvements. The environment at PCT is excellent, offering opportunities to review work, learn new skills, and grow personally and professionally.
Team Leader - Mr. Tuan
I am currently the Team Lead of the Backend Infra team for ML products. I am responsible for designing and developing backend systems and AWS infrastructure for the ML product suite.
I also focus on developing the team so that we can take on roles related to cloud architecture development as well as strengthen ML development capabilities.
At PCT, what I see is that the company encourages autonomy for each employee, and this is supported by clearly defined processes.
One motivating factor is that the performance review process is transparent, with clear and specific evaluation frameworks that help individuals find their own development path at PCT.
Technical Leader - Mr. Giau
Everything you need is in place: clear processes, nothing vague or missing, and everything is regularly updated to stay aligned with reality. Many candidates I’ve interviewed have told me they left their previous jobs because of unclear workflows – that’s definitely not something you’ll have to worry about at PCT!
Interview and find the right talent for the team. Finding the right candidates for the company and the team is already a big challenge, but making sure the team members feel comfortable, work effectively, and stay committed is even harder. Thankfully, the culture at PCT is open and respectful, so things tend to develop quite well.
