- Mình có gia đình nên cảm thấy công ty phù hợp, có thời gian để lo cho gia đình. Nhưng các bạn trẻ muốn trải nghiệm học hỏi thì có lẽ không phù hợp.
- Lương trả đúng ngày, năm nay mình có lương tháng 13.
- Dự án ổn định, không nhiều biến động.
Chế độ OT: hiếm khi phải OT nhưng đôi khi team Nhật release sớm thì team mình cũng phải đi sớm. Được trả công đầy đủ.
Đề nghị cải thiện:
- Không được tự do quyết định công việc mà phải phụ thuộc vào ý kiến của công ty mẹ. Mong tương lai công ty nắm quyền quyết định cho ae bớt áp lực.
- Không có phòng ngủ trưa nên ae phải ngủ trên bàn.
- Một số người tính cách và mindset kì cục nhưng mình nghĩ ở đâu cũng có người này người kia. Mong công ty có thể đóng góp ý kiến tới những người như vậy để họ cải thiện.
Ổn định và có thể lâu dài với người có nhiều kinh nghiệm
