Môi trường làm việc, teammate xịn, techstack đủ nhiều để học hỏi, trải nghiệm.
Hầu như không có overtime nhiều trong quá trình làm việc, 1 năm OT chắc tầm 1 lần nếu có project gấp. Đa phần mình tự OT để học hỏi thêm.
Đề nghị cải thiện:
Văn phòng, không gian làm việc, cần cải thiện thêm. Nên có nhiều hoạt động teambuiding.
