OT tự giác, nếu được quản lý duyệt thì sẽ có lương, ngược lại thì không.
Đề nghị cải thiện:
Chưa có lộ trình phát triển rõ ràng cho các bạn fresher/collaborator.
Môi trường tốt, được học hỏi nhiều từ sếp vào đồng nghiệp
