- Ít OT, có OT sẽ được trả tiền.
- Công việc ổn định, không giao việc quá sức.
- Phúc lợi tốt, sếp người Hàn thân thiện, quan tâm nhân viên.
Có yêu cầu OT rõ ràng, OT tháng nào trả chung với lương tháng đó.

- Tổ chức thêm nhiều hoạt động team building để kết nối các team như cho đi du lịch, ăn uống.
- Nhân viên phải ra ngoài tự kiếm chỗ gửi xe.
Điều kiện làm việc tốt, môi trường năng động.
