Job description

Ignisoft đang tìm kiếm một Technical Lead giàu kinh nghiệm, chủ động và có tư duy chiến lược để dẫn team. Trực tiếp tham gia coding, đưa ra các quyết định về technical, tối ưu quy trình, đồng thời training và hỗ trợ member phát triển.

TRÁCH NHIỆM CHÍNH

Tham gia trực tiếp coding và các công việc như một senior developer.
Xây dựng tiêu chuẩn kỹ thuật: Định nghĩa chuẩn coding, conventions và best practices cho team.
Đảm bảo hệ thống đạt hiệu suất, khả năng mở rộng và bảo mật cao.
Thành thạo việc Estimation, Planning.
Theo dõi tiến độ, nhận diện điểm nghẽn và đề xuất giải pháp cải thiện workflow.
Phối hợp chặt chẽ với Design, BA, QC và Project Managers để đồng bộ mục tiêu kỹ thuật với yêu cầu kinh doanh.
Chủ động nhận diện rủi ro và đề xuất cải tiến nhằm nâng cao chất lượng sản phẩm và hiệu quả dự án.
Đánh giá kỹ năng kỹ thuật của các thành viên, đề xuất đào tạo hoặc tuyển dụng khi cần.
Liên tục cập nhật xu hướng, công nghệ mới và thúc đẩy văn hóa đổi mới trong đội ngũ.

Frontend Frameworks: NextJs, Nuxt3 (expert level in at least one)
JavaScript/TypeScript: ES6+, async programming, type safety
