About the job:

We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer (Data Focused) to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the Regional Head of Data & BI, this role requires a hands-on approach and a commitment to independent learning, contributing to exciting projects that drive our business forward.

Job Responsibilities:​

• Full Stack Development (50%): Contribute to both front-end and back-end development tasks.
• Data Pipeline Development (40%): Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines for efficient ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.
• Data Management (10%): Ensure data quality and integrity through rigorous validation, cleansing, and error handling processes.

Your skills and experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in software engineering, full-stack engineering, or data engineering.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python is required.
• Hands-on experience with frontend development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and React.
• Hands-on experience with backend development using Golang, including designing and building REST APIs.
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and DevOps practices is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a curious mindset and eagerness to learn.
• Professional proficiency in English.
