Job description

• Develop, customize, and optimize Odoo modules and features based on project requirements
• Collaborate with the project team to analyze requirements, plan timelines, and evaluate technical solutions
• Review and optimize code to ensure clean, readable, maintainable, and highly scalable architecture
• Support Odoo system operations by monitoring, troubleshooting, and ensuring continuous system stability
• Work closely with databases (PostgreSQL, SQL, etc.) and ensure data integrity
• Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.) or on-premise servers
• Work effectively within an Agile/Scrum development methodology

Your skills and experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or a related area
• 1–2+ years of professional programming experience, with at least 1–2 years specifically in Odoo ERP development
• Proficient in Python, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, with a solid command of PostgreSQL
• Deep understanding of Odoo architecture, ORM frameworks, OWL, and APIs
• Hands-on experience with core Odoo modules (Sales, MRP, Accounting, PO, CRM, etc.) is highly preferred
• Good understanding of RESTful APIs and proven experience in API integration
• Skilled in Git, with familiarity in CI/CD pipelines being a strong advantage
• Strong analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively in a team environment
• Proficient in reading and understanding English technical documentation
