Job description

Live products - Real Users

• Design intuitive and visually engaging web and mobile interfaces aligned with product and branding goals.
• Translate requirements into user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity UI designs, and prototypes.
• Apply UX principles and research to improve usability and overall user experience.
• Create and maintain Design Systems, UI components, and design consistency across products.
• Present design concepts and clearly communicate design ideas to stakeholders and team members.
• Collaborate closely with Developers and other teams throughout the design and implementation process.
• Review user feedback and product performance to identify opportunities for design improvement.
• Provide guidance to junior designers when needed.

Your skills and experience

• 6+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, Product Designer, or Web/App Designer. 
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/Visual Design and UX capabilities.
• Proficiency in Figma and common design/prototyping tools.
• Good understanding of User-Centered Design, User Research, User Flows, Wireframing, Responsive Design, and Design Systems.
• Strong visual design skills with excellent attention to layout, typography, color, and detail.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Background in Graphic/Visual Design.
• Experience with user interviews, usability testing, analytics, or other UX evaluation methods.
• Basic knowledge of web technologies or web publishing.
