Job description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to join our software development team. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with Project Managers, developers, and stakeholders to design intuitive, user-centered web and mobile applications while ensuring a consistent and engaging user experience.

• Collaborate with Project Managers and development teams to gather requirements and define UI/UX strategies.
• Design wireframes, user flows, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI component libraries.
• Conduct UX research and translate user needs into effective design solutions.
• Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications.
• Continuously improve usability, accessibility, and overall product experience.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, design methodologies, and emerging technologies.

Your skills and experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of:
  • User Experience (UX) Design
  • User Interface (UI) Design
  • Information Architecture
  • Interaction Design
  • Design Thinking Process
• Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience building or maintaining Design Systems, UI Guidelines, and Component Libraries is highly preferred.
• Experience working closely with software development teams in Agile environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience utilizing AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, or similar platforms to enhance design workflows and productivity.
• Experience in enterprise software, ERP, MES, Smart Factory, or digital transformation projects is a plus.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English. Knowledge of Korean is an advantage.
