Job description
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst and Technical Writer to join our dynamic team. This hybrid role demands a strategic, analytical mindset combined with exceptional communication skills to analyze complex business processes and produce clear, impactful documentation. You will be instrumental in driving business transformation by aligning requirements with organizational goals and delivering comprehensive documentation that empowers stakeholders and supports seamless product delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document business and technical requirements.
- Analyze problems, identify root causes, and recommend improvements.
- Act as a bridge between business, technical teams, and vendors to ensure smooth communication.
- Support product development: define roadmaps, track progress, prepare reports, and assist with UAT.
- Create and maintain clear documentation (BRD – Business Requirement Document, technical specs, user guides, API guides, etc.).
- Ensure all documents and processes are consistent, accurate, and up to date.
Your skills and experience
Education & Experience:
- 3–4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst and/or Technical Writer.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong skills in documentation writing; familiar with tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and creativity.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Solid understanding of software development life cycle and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
