Job description

Business Analyst Role (60%)

• Gather, clarify, and analyze product requirements from internal teams or clients.
• Propose models and solutions based on collected requirements.
• Prepare detailed documentation: Business Requirement Specification (BRS), Use Cases, User Stories, Process Flows, Wireframes/Prototypes.
• Create user manuals and support end-users during product implementation and issue resolution.
• Act as a bridge between Business Units and IT/vendors, ensuring DEV, QA, and UI/UX teams fully understand and implement requirements accurately.
• Support QC/QA in manual testing and quality control processes.

Project Manager Role (40%)

• Manage project scope, timeline, and resources to achieve critical milestones.
• Plan, monitor, and oversee UAT, Go-Live, and acceptance phases.
• Track project performance, analyzing completion of short-term and long-term objectives.
• Ensure budgetary objectives are met, adjusting project constraints based on financial analysis.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by upper management.

Your skills and experience

❖ Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience as a Project Manager OR 3 years as a Business Analyst in software development. 
• Fluent in English or Japanese (speaking, reading & writing). 
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related fields. 
• Experience working with trading platforms, crypto applications, wallet/security solutions, or AI-related systems. 
• Proven experience collaborating with international clients/partners.

❖ Preferred Skills

• PMP or Agile/Scrum Master certification is a plus.
• Solid understanding and practical experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills with broad technical and business knowledge.
• Project management expertise with ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong research ability, logical thinking, proactive, detail-oriented, able to work independently or in teams.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• High sense of responsibility, resilience under pressure, and long-term commitment to the company.
