Job description

• Analyze and optimize digital marketing performance across channels.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI and DOMO.
• Gather and translate business requirements into analytics and reporting solutions and generate actionable insights and recommendations to improve system effectiveness.
• Work with marketing platforms such as Google Campaign Manager (CM360), SA360, Meta Ads Manager, and Adobe Analytics to measure and track performance.
• Partner with Data, and Technology teams to support data integration, reporting, and performance measurement initiatives.
• Fulfil other tasks as assigned by your People Leader and/or authorized representative of NAB Vietnam from time to time.

Your skills and experience

• 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing Analytics, Business Analysis, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and campaign measurement.
• Hands-on experience with CM360, SA360, Meta Ads Manager, and Adobe Analytics.
• Experience building reports and dashboards using Power BI and/or DOMO.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and ETL/data pipeline concepts.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
