Job description
********************Prefer immediate employment / ƯU TIÊN ĐI LÀM NGAY********************
LEAP is starting a major outsourcing engagement: a large-scale enterprise platform serving multiple customer segments, delivered across both Web and Mobile, with significant third-party system integration.
We need a Project Manager who can lead a sizeable cross-functional team, work directly with the client, and take full ownership of delivering it on schedule.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- End-to-end project ownership: Own the full delivery lifecycle: planning, work breakdown, progress tracking, risk management, and phased handover.
- Schedule and milestone control: Own the master plan across a multi-phase delivery. Protect the contractual go-live milestones and escalate slippage early.
- Cross-functional team leadership: Coordinate BA, UI/UX, Backend, Frontend, Mobile, DevOps and QC across parallel workstreams.
- Client and scope management: Lead requirement sessions, confirm scope with the client, and run out-of-scope requests through a transparent Change Request process with cost and timeline impact made explicit.
- Executive reporting: Report directly to the Board on progress, risks, resourcing and decisions required.
This is a project you can genuinely own - from kickoff through go-live, with a direct line to the Board. If you are decisive under schedule pressure and the kind of PM who surfaces problems early rather than late, we would like to talk to you.
Your skills and experience
MUST HAVE
- 3+ years as a Project Manager in software development, preferably in an outsourcing environment
- Proven delivery of sizeable, multi-month projects with a cross-functional team
- Solid command of Agile/Scrum, with the judgment to apply it inside a fixed-scope, fixed-timeline contract
- Direct client-facing experience: confirming requirements, negotiating scope, resolving conflict
- Enough technical grounding to hold real conversations with engineers - system architecture, APIs, third-party integrations, release process
- Strong documentation: project plans, status reports
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience in Travel Tech booking systems
- Experience delivering projects spanning both Web and Mobile App
- Experience managing projects under a full source-code handover model
