Job description

1. Design Execution & Strategy

● Lead the conceptualization of creative designs for websites and mobile applications.

● Develop user flows, sitemaps, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes.

● Build and maintain cohesive design systems, including typography, color schemes, and UI components.

● Ensure all designs align with client branding and internal content standards.

2. Collaboration & Communication

● Partner directly with clients to define requirements and present design structures.

● Collaborate with developers and content creators to ensure technical feasibility and timely delivery.

● Act as a mentor to junior designers, fostering a culture of high-quality design.

3. Performance & Optimization

● Apply UX best practices to maximize usability and feature functionality.

● Analyze user feedback and product metrics to identify and implement design improvements.

● Monitor project progress and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders.

Your skills and experience

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• 5+ years of UI/UX, Web, or Mobile App Design experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and modern UI/UX design tools like Figma…
• Strong understanding of responsive design, UX principles, and HTML/CSS.
• Good communication skills and professional English.

Nice to Have

• Experience with WordPress or Drupal.
• Knowledge of web publishing workflows.
• Passion for staying up to date with the latest design trends.
