Job description
HIGH-LEVEL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and develop Office 365 applications and solutions (Power Automate (Flow), Power Apps, Power BI, SharePoint Online).
- Analyze the business requirements by collaborating with customers, studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes.
- Design, develop and maintain key components of the software suite using Office 365 APIs.
- Implement custom solutions that leverage various Office 365 services.
- Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, etc.
- Advising customers on benefits and steps to start building a product on Microsoft 365 Power Platform according to customer's business needs
- Understand the needs and offer solutions to meet the needs and optimize costs for customers on the Power Platform
- Technical design, Proposal writing and deployment methods on Power Platform
- Consulting/implementing implementation and putting into use Apps built for customers
- Collaborate with stakeholders on Power Platform solutions such as: Azure, 3rd party (Adobe sign, OCR handwriting recognition, ...) to provide solutions meet the needs and customer system
- Support Sales to answer customers' questions about Power Platform solutions.
- Conduct Workshops to raise internal awareness about the benefits of Power Platform application building solutions
Your skills and experience
REQUIRED PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Highly desirable experience building Office 365 solutions including Power Automate (Flow), Power Apps, Power BI, Dynamics 365, SharePoint Online.
- Expert knowledge of building web parts, apps, page layouts and content types using the O365 API.
- Experience with various design frameworks.
- Experience with Database such as SQL, Oracle, etc.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems; or related discipline is desired.
- Candidate must be highly skilled communicator.
- Candidate should have excellent interpersonal and customer facing skills.
- 2-5 years of experience in the field of solution consulting / customer service or approaching sales customers
- Ability to build relationships and present to customers the roadmap to exploit the Microsoft 365 cloud platform
- Having experience using Azure DevOps is an advantage, Dynamics 365
- Fluent English is an advantage

- Copilot Studio (formerly called PVA Bot)
- SharePoint Online/Dataverse as database of Power Platform application
- Know how to structure the database in the most optimal way/best practice
- Power Platform Premium connectors
- Integrate with 3rd party applications via Data Gateway/APIs
- Know, understand, have in-depth knowledge and plan the workaround solutions for Power Platform limitations
- Optimize loading performance, handle large datasets
- Graph APIs, SPO APIs
- Understand Power Platform licenses
Good to have:
- Azure web app development/deployment
- External CRUD via SPO APIs
- SPFx development (ACEs, SPO Custom Webparts)
