Junior Technical Consultant (Presale, CRM)

Job description

We are looking for a Junior Technical Consultant to support customer-facing technical engagements, solution demonstrations, troubleshooting, and proof-of-concept (POC) activities.

In this role, you will work closely with internal teams and customers to understand business requirements, support technical delivery, and contribute to successful customer engagements. This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy both technology and customer interaction, and are eager to grow in a consulting environment.

• Support solution demonstrations and customer technical discussions
• Assist with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
• Support solution design and proof-of-concept (POC) activities
• Work with internal teams to track customer engagement progress
• Gather customer feedback and support implementation readiness activities
• Maintain accurate updates and documentation in CRM systems
• Communicate clearly with customers and internal stakeholders

Your skills and experience

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience
• 2+ years of experience in a technical role (technical support, system administration, junior developer, etc.)
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting mindset
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly
• Customer-facing experience is a plus
• Technical certifications or willing to take it, Foundational industry or Microsoft certifications preferred.
