Job description
1.Position Objective
- Act as a key bridge between Business (Finance/Sales/Operations) and Technical teams, owning end-to-end requirements for assigned modules.
- Drive the implementation and digitization of core processes such as O2C, P2P, R2R, and CRM.
- Independently translate business needs into clear, technically feasible specifications with minimal supervision.
2. Key Responsibilities
- Requirements Ownership: Independently gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders (Sales/Finance/Warehouse/CS); facilitate workshops and drive decision-making sessions.
- Process Analysis & Modeling: Lead As-Is/To-Be analysis for assigned modules; produce detailed workflows (BPMN, swimlane), gap analysis, and improvement recommendations.
- Documentation: Own BA artifacts including BRD, FRD, user stories with acceptance criteria, functional mockups, and solution design documents.
- ERP Implementation: Configure and validate accounting flows (GL/AP/AR) end-to-end; coordinate with Accounting and Finance teams on chart of accounts, period-close, and reconciliation logic.
- CRM Ownership: Design and document full CRM flows (lead → opportunity → quote → order → invoice); align with Sales and Marketing on pipeline KPIs.
- UAT Leadership: Define UAT strategy, write test cases, lead UAT cycles with business users, triage defects, and sign off on release readiness.
- Integration: Work with technical teams on integration design (e-invoice, bank, payment gateway, third-party APIs); review integration specs and validate data flows.
- Data & Migration: Lead data mapping, cleansing strategy, validation rules, and reconciliation for migration projects; write SQL queries for data checks.
- Training & Enablement: Build user guides, SOPs, and training materials; deliver training sessions to end-users and super-users.
- Mentoring (Preferred): Support and guide Junior BAs on documentation standards and analysis techniques
Your skills and experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, IT, or related fields.
- 2.5+ years of hands-on experience in Business Analysis with at least one full-cycle ERP implementation project delivered.
- Solid understanding and practical experience with O2C, P2P, R2R end-to-end processes.
- Strong accounting fundamentals (GL/AP/AR), with the ability to map business transactions to accounting entries independently.
- CRM experience — hands-on with at least one platform (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Odoo CRM, MS Dynamics, or equivalent).
- SQL hands-on: Able to write SELECT/JOIN queries independently for data validation, reconciliation, and reporting checks.
- Proficient with Agile/Scrum delivery — comfortable with sprint planning, backlog refinement, and writing user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
- Good English reading, writing, and meeting communication.
- Strong analytical thinking, stakeholder management, and attention to detail.
- Proficient with Jira, Confluence, Figma, Draw.io / Lucidchart.
- Understanding of VAS concepts (Financial Statement / TT99…)
Nice to have:
- Exposure to multiple ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, Odoo, MS Dynamics, Bravo, MISA, FAST).
- Understanding of IFRS concepts is a plus.
- Experience with e-invoice integration (Viettel, MobiFone, VNPT, M-Invoice) and bank connectors in Vietnam.
- Exposure to inventory/warehouse modules or manufacturing flows.
- Experience working in IT outsourcing or product company environments.
