Job description
We are seeking a Japanese-speaking IT Helpdesk to provide first-line IT support and act as a communication bridge between users and both Japanese-speaking and English-speaking stakeholders. This position is well-suited for candidates with proficiency in Japanese (N2) and English, and a strong interest in IT support technologies such as Microsoft 365, SCCM, and Intune.
- Provide helpdesk support by handling user inquiries and incidents, and act as a communication bridge for other technical staffs to deliver on time and meet agreed SLAs IT operation support tasks in customer's environment
- Communicate effectively with Japanese-speaking and English-speaking stakeholders to ensure clear issue resolution and service updates.
- Follow technical instructions to perform IT support tasks.
- Support IT operations tasks, including Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) and system monitoring.
Your skills and experience
- Bachelor’s degree with a major in information technology or related fields.
- Fluent in Japanese (JLPT N2 or higher) and good English communication skills are required to understand and communicate with users, stakeholders for operational tasks.
- IT Technical background required, preferable in IT Operations, or technical support fields.
- Work stack: IT Operation supports, unified endpoints management (UEM).
- Nice to have: knowledge in ITIL, especial ITSM, ITOM.
