Job description
- Receive and respond to emails, chats, and phone calls from Customers

Handle corresponding requests from the above sources, for example:
- Request to update content and master data on the website
- The operating system/service has errors and needs correction
- Perform periodic backups of data
- Monthly work report
- Support translating documents for the development team
- Perform tasks as requested by direct Management
Your skills and experience
Requirements:
- Japanese equivalent to N2 or higher, good communication
- Experienced in working with Japanese customer
- Have basic office computer skills (word, excel,...)
- Be proactive, promote responsibility in work, and be aware of good product quality
Nice to have:
- Experience working in the IT industry
- Understanding of Japanese culture and working style
- Aim to develop to BrSE or BA
