Job description

  • Receive and respond to emails, chats, and phone calls from Customers 
  • Handle corresponding requests from the above sources, for example:
    • Request to update content and master data on the website
    • The operating system/service has errors and needs correction
    • Perform periodic backups of data
    • Monthly work report
  • Support translating documents for the development team
  • Perform tasks as requested by direct Management

Your skills and experience

Requirements:

  • Japanese equivalent to N2 or higher, good communication
  • Experienced in working with Japanese customer
  • Have basic office computer skills (word, excel,...)
  • Be proactive, promote responsibility in work, and be aware of good product quality

Nice to have:

  • Experience working in the IT industry
  • Understanding of Japanese culture and working style
  • Aim to develop to BrSE or BA
