Job description

Job Discription :
We are seeking a Full-Stack Engineer to join a startup that connects Japan and Vietnam through offshore development. 
As a founding member, you will help build the foundation of the organization from the ground up during its 0→1 phase. 
In addition to leading the technical development of both frontend and backend systems,

Specific duties:

• Design, develop and implement front-end and back-end web applications
• Provide technical leadership and manage the overall progress of the project
• Support the improvement of the technical skills of the Vietnamese team and establish an education and training system to promote growth
• Support recruitment activities and technical evaluation, promote the recruitment of engineers and organization building
• Smoothly promote the project through smooth communication with the Japanese side
• Optimize development processes and workflows, introduce tools and frameworks aimed at efficiency
• Propose the introduction of new technologies and architecture design

Your skills and experience

Required skills and experience:

• Japanese: No2 to N1
• Front-end: Practical experience with HTML, CSS and JavaScript (experience using Vue.js or React is required)
• Back-end: Solid understanding and implementation experience of PHP (Laravel framework)
• Database: Experience in designing and implementing MySQL and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, etc.)
• Cloud technology: Knowledge and practical experience of cloud services such as AWS, Azure, and GCP
• Version control: Experience in team collaboration using Git
• Agile development: Practical experience in an Agile/Scrum development environment
• Performance tuning: Technical experience in optimizing application performance
• Strong motivation for organization and process design, and leadership experience

Preferred skills and experience:

• Experience building CI/CD pipelines
• Experience designing and implementing authentication and payment functions
• Knowledge and experience in security measures (data security, vulnerability diagnosis)
• Understanding and practical experience of SEO best practices
• Experience with containerization using Docker and Kubernetes
