IT Project Manager (English)

Job description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager/Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of projects, ensuring they are executed within the scope, timeline, and budget. 

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to work with cross-functional teams. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our product, SimpleMDG, by driving the excellent execution of implementation phases and successful delivery of projects.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for customers throughout the project’s onboarding, implementation phases to delivery.
• Lead cross-functional teams (Technical, QA Engineers, Client Support, DevOps, Business analysts...) to deliver projects on time and within scope.
• Develop detailed project plan (project objectives, scopes, kick-offs, schedule meetings), execution roadmap (track project milestones, status update) and deliverables.
• Manage communication with internal stakeholders, clients, vendors and leadership team
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Presales) to ensure smooth communication and expectation setting.
• Monitor customer feedback and escalate issues to ensure prompt resolution.
• Prepare and maintain customer-facing documentation such as project plans, meeting notes, and status reports.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure project tools (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet) are updated.
• Proactively identify project risks, dependencies and constraints  
• Escalate critical issues appropriately with actionable recommendations
• Resolve conflicts and remove blockers to maintain delivery momentum.
• Ensure compliance with project governance, PMO standards and delivery methodologies.

Your skills and experience

• Strong fluency in English is a must.
• The ability to work in the evening or early morning is based on the project.
• 3+ years of experience in project coordination, customer success, or account management (preferably in tech or SaaS). Note: In the absence of years of experience, certifications or past experience may be used to show the required level of expertise.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business administration, Information Systems, or related fields.
• A customer-first mindset and strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiar with Project Management skills with strong communication, negotiation and problem-solving
• Experience in SAP or ERP environments is a plus but not required.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to document accurately and follow through.
• Proactive, resourceful, and solutions oriented.
• Able to work independently while also being a strong team player.
