Intern Project Officer (IT Product Design capacity)

Job description

We are seeking a highly organized Project Officer with IT Product Design skills to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of digital products and internal transformation projects. This position is based in HCMC.

Your Responsibilities : 

1. Project Coordination
• Support project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking.
• Prepare and maintain documentation: scopes, timelines, meeting notes, and risk logs.
• Coordinate cross‐functional collaboration across Management, Product, and Tech teams.

2. IT Product Design
• Participate in product discovery and requirement clarification sessions.
• Support UX/UI designers with research, structuring content, and prototype review.
• Help validate design concepts through user feedback and testing.

3. Stakeholder Engagement & Delivery
• Communicate project updates and decisions to Management.
• Assist in preparing project reports, presentations, and product demos.
• Support UAT: write test scenarios, track bugs, and validate delivery.

Your skills and experience

Your Profile : 
• Currently pursuing or holding a degree in IT, Design, or related fields.
• Understanding of digital product lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with UX/UI concepts and product discovery activities.
• Strong communication, analytical thinking, and organizational skills.

Nice-to-have : 
• Experience with tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello.
• Familiarity with Figma, Miro, or other wireframing tools.
• Basic knowledge of APIs, software architecture, or data tools (Excel, Power BI).

Languages :
• Vietnamese: Full command
• English: Good working proficiency, both speaking and writing.
