Position Summary 

• Head of Technology is the most senior technology leadership role within MiTek Vietnam and serves as a strategic extension of MiTek's Global Technology organization.
• This executive role is responsible for defining and executing the technology vision, strategy, and operating model for one of the world's leading services businesses, ensuring technology is a key enabler of business growth, customer success, operational excellence, and innovation. 
• The position provides enterprise-wide leadership across key technology functions, including IT Operations, Technology Solutions, Digital Platforms, Business Analytics, Data & AI, Enterprise Technology Administration, Project Delivery, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, and Technology Governance. The role has direct leadership responsibility for the Vietnam IT Operations Team, Technology Development Team, Business Analytics Team, Technical Administration (ServiceNow Support) Team, and Project Delivery Team, ensuring these functions operate as an integrated technology organization aligned with both global technology strategy and regional business priorities. 
• Working closely with Global Technology leadership and the Vietnam Executive Leadership Team, Head of Technology is accountable for translating global technology strategy into effective execution within Vietnam. The role drives digital transformation, accelerates AI adoption, strengthens technology capabilities, and delivers scalable solutions that enhance operational performance, customer value, and enterprise outcomes. 
• The successful candidate will build and lead a high-performing technology organization, foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement, and ensure the delivery of technology services, platforms, and solutions that support MiTek's long-term strategic objectives and global technology priorities. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Develop and execute MiTek Vietnam's technology strategy in alignment with global technology and business objectives. 
• Provide executive leadership and strategic direction across the Vietnam IT Operations, Technology Development, Business Analytics, Technical Administration (ServiceNow Support), and Project Delivery teams. 
• Serve as the principal technology advisor to the Vietnam Executive Leadership Team and a key partner to Global Technology leadership. 
• Lead enterprise-wide digital transformation, modernization, automation, and AI initiatives to improve business performance, scalability, and customer outcomes. 
• Oversee the design, implementation, delivery, and support of technology solutions, digital platforms, and enterprise technology services. 
• Drive the development of data, analytics, and AI capabilities that enable informed decision-making and support business growth. 
• Ensure the successful delivery of strategic technology programs and projects through effective portfolio, governance, and resource management. 
• Establish and maintain technology governance, cybersecurity, compliance, risk management, and operational excellence frameworks. 
• Build, mentor, and develop senior technology leaders while fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. 
• Partner with business leaders and global stakeholders to identify technology opportunities, prioritize investments, and maximize business value. 
• Drive technology excellence, service reliability, technology standardization, and continuous operational improvement across all technology functions. 
• Advance MiTek's global technology, digital, and AI agendas while ensuring regional execution supports long-term business growth and competitive advantage.

• The ideal candidate is a transformational technology executive with a proven track record leading complex technology organizations across technology delivery, IT operations, business analytics, project delivery, enterprise platforms, and technology services. 
• They possess the strategic vision, leadership capability, and commercial acumen required to align technology investments with business objectives, build world-class technology teams, and position technology as a key driver of innovation, operational excellence, and sustainable growth.

Qualifications & Experience 

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. 
• 15+ years of technology leadership experience. 
• 10+ years leading large technical organizations. 
• Experience managing both enterprise IT and technology delivery functions. 
• Proven experience leading digital transformation initiatives. 
• Experience establishing AI, data or automation strategies. 
• Experience working within multinational and global matrix organizations. 
• Experience managing multimillion-dollar technology budgets.
