[Game Live-Ops] Senior Game Designer

Job description

• Able to organize ideas systematically and turn them into persuasive planning documents
• Strong communication skills, proactive mindset, and positive collaboration attitude
• Interested in arcade idle genres or experienced in casual game design
• Experience in project management

Your skills and experience

• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong logical thinking and analytical skills, with curiosity about results and the underlying causes behind them.
• Ability to organize ideas systematically and create persuasive planning documents.
• Good communication skills, with a proactive and positive working attitude.
• Interest in arcade idle games or experience in casual game design is preferred.
• Experience in project management.
• Good communication skills in Korean or English.

Required Skills

• AI Tools: Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, etc.
• Documentation Tools: MS Office, Google Workspace, etc.
• Game Engine Knowledge: Basic understanding of game engines such as Unity.
• Project Management Tools: Notion, etc.

Required Documents

• CV in English or Korean with profile photo

• Portfolio : Planning documents related to systems, content, UI/UX, level design, etc.

Nice to have

• Strong understanding of the mobile game and hyper-casual game market.
• Experience in LiveOps operations and A/B testing for mobile games.
• Experience using Unity or other game engines, along with proficiency in collaboration tools.
