[Game Live-Ops] Hybrid Puzzle Designer

Job description

• Plan new systems and content for global hybrid puzzle games.
• Design various levels for puzzle games, analyze market test data, and apply the insights to the game.

Your skills and experience

• 3 to 7 years of experience in Puzzle Game Design or a related field.
• Strong passion for and extensive experience playing puzzle games.
• Ability to organize ideas logically and translate them into clear, persuasive game design proposals/ documents.
• Good communication and collaboration skills with team members and approach work in a positive, proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership.

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of game engines such as Unity, etc.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude, etc.
• Proficiency using work documentation tools such as MS Office, Google Workspace, etc.
• Experience using project management tools such as Notion, etc.

Required Documents 

• CV in English or Korean with profile photo 
• Portfolio (Game Design Documentation related to Systems, Content, UI/UX, Level Design, etc.) 
• Relevant degrees and certifications (if any)

Nice to Have

• Experience in level design for puzzle games or using map creation tools.
• Strong understanding of the mobile game and hybrid casual markets.
• Experience with LiveOps and A/B Testing for mobile games.
• Experience using Unity or other game engines, with strong proficiency in collaboration tools.
• Korean language proficiency is preferred
