Job description

Job Description:

• Design and prototype AI-native solutions, including AI conversation flows and RAG pipelines.
• Provide support with troubleshooting and debugging, including suggesting and implementing fixes.
• Ensure applications are built to optimize speed, data, and responsiveness for end users.
• Develop robust scalable solutions that can manage large data sets.
• Integrate with cloud-native platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) to deploy scalable AI workflows
• Communicate effectively – must be able to discuss and clearly communicate technical issues
• Must be at ease working in an agile environment with little supervision.

Your skills and experience

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Systems/Software Engineering, or comparable experience
• 4+ years in Fullstack Typescript/JS Development.
• Strong experience with NodeJS/Typescript and NestJS Framework.
• Strong experience with any Frontend Framework like React, Vue, Svelte.
• Solid understanding of OOP & design patterns.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• 1+ year of experience with Python is a plus.
• Proficiency with AI Agentic frameworks (Langchain, Langgraph) is a plus.
• Understanding of vector and graph databases and RAG is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Real world experience in taking a commercial system from conception to launch.
• Should embody a passion for continuous improvement and test-driven development.
