Job description

• Analyze requirements and design software system features.
• Develop and maintain software systems.
• Recommending and implementing improvements to processes and technologies
• Developing high-performance applications by writing testable, reusable, and efficient code
• Review code and work output of other team members.
• Train and support other team members.
• Collect lessons learned, best practices, and new knowledge from experience and incorporate them into the company knowledge base.

Your skills and experience

MUST HAVE SKILLS:

• At least 4 years of experience in NodeJS/ReactJS and its ecosystem.
• Proficiency in TypeScript/Javascript.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
• Experience with real-time processing and concurrency.
• Understanding of system architecture design.
• Knowledge and application of programming principles and design patterns.
• Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.
• Knowledge of software development best practices, including code reviews, testing, and CI/CD.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Good communication skills in English.

NICE TO HAVE:

• Experience with LLMs, Cursor, Github Copilot,...
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with Next.js
• Experience with database systems such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of serverless computing (e.g., AWS Lambda, Azure Functions).
• Experience with GraphQL.
• Familiarity with WebSockets for real-time communication.
• Experience with NestJS framework.
• Knowledge of Prisma ORM.
• Familiarity with message brokers like RabbitMQ or Kafka.
• Understanding of CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI/CD.
• Experience working in healthcare and logistics domains.
