Job description

• Deploy, operate, and maintain project infrastructure on AWS
• Prepare reports and documentation as directed by the Project Manager.
• Research and adopt new cloud services and emerging technologies.
• Design, implement, and automate infrastructure using IaC tools (Terraform/CloudFormation).
• Manage CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, ECS/EKS), and system monitoring with CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, etc.
• Contribute to the full project lifecycle: architecture design, development, deployment, and maintenance.
• Mentor junior engineers and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure project success

Your skills and experience

• 6+ years of experience in Cloud Engineering, with strong expertise in AWS and hands-on experience with at least one other major cloud platform (Azure/GCP).
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional and AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional.
• Solid background in system design & operations: security best practices, large-scale distributed systems, High Availability (HA), Disaster Recovery (DR), and cloud migration.
• Strong knowledge of Linux/Windows OS, Python/Bash scripting, and AWS Lambda.
• Hands-on experience with DevOps toolchain:
• IaC: Terraform, Terragrunt, CloudFormation
• Configuration management: Ansible, Puppet, Chef (or similar)
• CI/CD: GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins
• Deployment & orchestration: Kubernetes (EKS/GKE/on-premise), Docker, Helm, ArgoCD
• Application security testing tools
• Proficiency in networking, cloud security (IAM, encryption, compliance) and experience in monitoring/logging/tracing systems (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, OpenTelemetry).
• Database experience with both SQL and NoSQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and mentoring skills with a collaborative, customer-focused mindset.
