Job description

We are seeking a hands-on Delivery Leader to drive client-facing delivery excellence in Vietnam. This role demands a proven leader who can manage multiple project streams, enforce governance and structure, and foster client trust while growing the business footprint.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery for multiple client engagements with accountability for quality, timelines, and budgets.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring strong relationships and consultative engagement.
  • Implement and enforce delivery governance, processes, and reporting frameworks.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing team, driving collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with sales and account teams to expand existing engagements and identify new opportunities.

Your skills and experience

  • Proven experience in client-facing delivery leadership (beyond ODC management).
  • Strong ability to manage complex, multi-stream programs.
  • Technical aptitude to guide teams and understand solutions.
  • Sales mindset with a track record of growing accounts.
  • Excellent consultative and interpersonal skills.
  • Banking/Financial Services experience highly desirable.
