Job description

- Thu thập thông tin chi tiết, nghiên cứu và phân tích dữ liệu từ các bên liên quan để soạn thảo, phát triển tài liệu phục vụ công việc.

Gathering insights, research and analyze data from stakeholders to prepare documents for the tasks

- Làm việc chặt chẽ với đội phát triển phần mềm để hỗ trợ truyền đạt thông tin và theo dõi tiến độ công việc.

Work closely with the development team for communication support and timeline checkup.

- Hỗ trợ kiểm thử phần mềm và UAT.

Support smoke/ad-hoc software testing and UAT.

- Tham gia và hỗ trợ các cuộc họp, biên dịch tài liệu từ tiếng Nhật sang tiếng Việt và ngược lại.

Participating and assisting in meetings, translating documents from Japanese to English and vice versa. 

- Thực hiện các công việc khác theo yêu cầu của cấp trên.

Implementing other assigned tasks.

Your skills and experience

-KINH NGHIỆM TỪ 1.5 NĂM TRỞ LÊN (Ưu tiên các bạn mới ra trường)

Working experience: 1.5 years and above

- Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành tiếng Nhật hoặc các ngành liên quan.

University graduate/About to graduate- majoring in Japanese or related fields.

- Trình độ tiếng Nhật: N3 trở lên 

Japanese level: N3 or above

- Kỹ năng văn phòng (Word, Excel, PowerPoint…)/ 

Office skill (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

- Kỹ năng giao tiếp, sắp xếp công việc và giải quyết vấn đề /

Communication skill, problem solving and task management skill

- Cẩn thận, nhanh nhẹn, tỉ mỉ và có tinh thần học hỏi.

Careful, agile, meticulous and willing to learn spirit.
