Job description

● Act as the bridge between the product development team (developers, designers, QA) and business stakeholders to ensure the product is built according to business needs and objectives.
● Gather, analyze, and clarify business requirements from stakeholders.
● Prepare requirement documentation such as BRD, PRD, user stories, acceptance criteria, etc.
● Manage the product backlog: create, prioritize, track, and update items based on development progress and user feedback.
● Work closely with the engineering team to ensure feasibility and efficiency of proposed solutions.
● Monitor product performance, analyze user behaviors and usage data to propose improvements.
● Participate in UAT, acceptance testing, and support product rollout.
● Communicate and provide internal training on new features or product updates for relevant departments.
 

Your skills and experience

● Bachelor's degree in Economics, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fields.

● Passion for sports and strong knowledge of football (soccer),
● 1–2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a tech company;
● Solid understanding of product development processes (Agile/Scrum) and business analysis methodologies.
● Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly.
● Logical thinking and strong analytical skills, with a user-centric mindset.
● Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, Notion, Miro is a plus.
● Good English communication skills.
