1.Job Overview

  We are seeking talented AI Engineers to join our team in the Banking sector. This role is a hybrid of technical development and solution implementation. You will not only develop and optimize AI models but also play a critical role in analysing business requirements, evaluating third-party solutions, and coordinating with stakeholders to deploy AI initiatives effectively.

2.Key Responsibilities

2.1 AI Development & Optimization

• Model Development and Optimization: Build, fine-tune, and optimize Machine Learning/Deep Learning models to achieve high performance in accuracy and latency while ensuring system stability and cost efficiency.
• Cross-Platform Deployment: Deploy models across different operating systems and environments, including edge devices; convert models into formats compatible with specialized AI hardware.
• GenAI Application Development: Design and develop generative AI solutions for language processing, content generation, and workflow automation; integrate advanced information-retrieval techniques to enhance system accuracy and consistency.
• AI Monitoring and Continuous Improvement: Establish mechanisms to monitor, diagnose, and continuously improve the performance of ML/DL and GenAI applications within enterprise environments.

2.2 AI Implementation & Project Coordination

• Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and translate them into technical AI specifications.
• Evaluate AI solutions from external partners/vendors; assess their technical feasibility, security, and scalability for the banking ecosystem.
• Lead the integration of AI models (internal or third-party) into existing banking software and infrastructure to ensure seamless operation.
• Coordination & Reporting: Act as a bridge between the technical team and business stakeholders; manage project timelines, report progress, and coordinate resources for successful delivery AI in organization.

Your skills and experience

Qualification Requirements

1. Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field; graduated with a Good classification or higher.
• 2.5+ years of experience as an AI Engineer, Data Scientist, or Solution Engineer.

  2. Technical Skills (Hard Skills):

• Proficient in Python and familiar with ML/AI frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with LLM ecosystems (OpenAI, LangChain, LangGraph, Vector Databases).
• Experience in model deployment and optimization (TensorRT, quantization, edge deployment) is a strong plus.
• Knowledge of Cloud services (AWS/Azure) and API integration.

3. Implementation & Soft Skills

• Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze business problems and propose practical AI solutions.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in Vietnamese and English to work with cross-functional teams and report to management.
• Project Mindset: Experience in coordinating tasks, managing timelines, and working with external vendors is highly preferred.
• Adaptability: Ability to research new technologies rapidly and apply them to banking use cases (Fraud Detection, Chatbots, Recommendation Systems, etc.).
