Job description
- Design & Implement AI/ML Solutions: Build and deploy artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions tailored to diverse business use cases.
- Develop & Fine-Tune Models: Develop, test, and optimize machine learning models under the mentorship of experienced engineers and consultants.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Deployment: Partner with Data, Tech, and Consulting teams to prototype and integrate AI models into production environments.
- Technical Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Assist in creating comprehensive technical documentation and sharing industry insights with internal teams and clients.
- Stay Ahead of AI Trends: Continuously expand technical expertise in emerging fields, with a focus on Generative AI and Agentic AI.
Your skills and experience
- 2–3 years of experience developing AI Chatbots and AI Agents.
- Proficient in Python, with the ability to build basic APIs and handle data processing (scripting, crawling, data cleaning, etc.).
- LLM Foundation: Good understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and experience with OpenAI/Azure OpenAI APIs or frameworks like LangChain and LlamaIndex.
- Database Management: Experience working with databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and processing various file formats (Excel, PDF, JSON, etc.).
- Collaboration: Ability to work closely with Senior Engineers to implement AI modules and integrate them into production systems
- Good English communication skills (verbal & written)
- Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
