What I liked:
môi trường làm việc vui vẻ, mọi người thân thiện hòa đồng, giúp đỡ nhau. được cấp máy tính cấu hình tốt để làm việc, vé gửi xe tháng nhưng chỗ để xe xa chô làm, ít khi OT, ở lại công ty vì tòa nhà không cho ngồi lại sau 7h, được thử nghiệm nhiều công nghệ mới, tiêm vắc xin miễn phí, làm thẻ cccd,...
Suggestions for improvement:
lương chưa được tốt, ít review 1 năm 1 lần, không có thưởng các ngày lễ, tết ... ngoài lương tháng 13, đi làm buổi sáng từ 8h15 vào làm, đi muộn chấm bằng vân tay thì trừ nửa ngày lương
OT tùy team đa phần là không hoặc lương OT không được nhiều

The salary is really good, the manager always tries to increase my salary before I request. There are many training courses about soft skills, celebrated by the CEO, and self-training about technical.
Suggestions for improvement
Boss is like a sun. Way too hot sometimes. So it's best if he just stays and works from home a couple of days. Please keep doing what you are doing :)
