What I liked:
- Văn hoá rất trọng việc feedback lẫn nhau, mọi new hire đều được training về cách xin, cho, nhận và sử dụng feedback, mọi người luôn để sẵn thời gian feedback lẫn nhau (constructive, no blaming) sau mỗi event, hay milestone nào đó.
- Quy trình chi tiết và transparent, mọi thứ liên quan tới way of working, methodology của project, xin license/subscription, claim expense, hay kể cả cách in máy in, branding rule khi soạn mail/presentation, v.v.; đều được document chi tiết và tổng hợp lại cùng 1 chỗ, khi cần thông tin nào đều có thể tự mình đọc và reference.
- Chú trọng đến personal development, công ty có budget riêng hằng năm cho từng NV, để mua sách, course, subscription, v.v.
- Có 1 platform internal riêng cho việc self-assessment, để cá nhân tự ghi ra bản thân hiện tại đang có skill gì, và mong muốn phát triển skill gì. Những thông tin này sẽ được thảo luận và cân nhắc khi bạn có mong muốn chuyển project, hay join project mới.
- Cuối cùng, đương nhiên, cá nhân mình thấy rate lương và một số phụ cấp khác khá tốt so với mặt bằng chung, out khỏi expectation của mình khi nhận offer.
P/s: à còn 1 nội dung phụ là toà nhà ra vào bằng thẻ và có hỗ trợ đăng ký khuôn mặt, mình thấy khá tiện khi lên xuống không cần phải mang theo thẻ.
Mình chưa phải OT, tuy nhiên trong chính sách có đề cập khá rõ về rate OT khác nhau theo ngày hành chính, cuối tuần, lễ, Tết.
Suggestions for improvement:
- Office có khá ít bàn nâng hạ, cá nhân mình thích mỗi người đều có bàn nâng hạ để đỡ phải ngồi nhiều.
- Pantry dù rộng nhưng đang hơi ít bàn ăn trưa, hy vọng công ty bổ sung thêm do hiện tại nhân viên lên office đã khá nhiều hơn trước
