What I liked:
The working culture at Thoughtworks Vietnam is absolutely outstanding. One of the best parts is how safe and protected I feel within my team. My manager and tech lead are truly exceptional—they are not just highly skilled, but they genuinely care about my well-being, guide me, and always have my back. Beyond leadership, my colleagues are incredibly smart, supportive, and always willing to share knowledge. Whether we are pair programming or solving complex challenges, there is a strong sense of teamwork. It is a great place to build a career surrounded by fantastic leadership and teammates.
Management highly respects our work-life balance. Overtime is very rare, and if it happens, it is well-compensated and reasonable.
Suggestions for improvement:
I love our open culture where anyone can volunteer to interview candidates. However, while we have a great tutorial, having so many different interviewers naturally leads to slightly inconsistent standards across panels.
