What I liked:
Công ty lương ổn. Cuối tuần có teabreak. Có lương 13 + bonus dự án và bonus hàng năm. Nếu lúc làm bạn thể hiện tốt thì sẽ được review lương xịn.
Không có OT. Chủ yếu vẫn là tự mình làm chủ task.
Suggestions for improvement:
Process lúc làm việc hơi rối do requirement bên team nước ngoài không rõ, nhưng hiện tại đã cải thiện hơn nhiều. Hay bị stuck ở bên team nước ngoài.
