Job description
- Conduct comprehensive market research and user studies to identify user needs, preferences, and pain points related to document editing, collaboration, and workspace solutions.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define product requirements, features, and specifications based on user feedback and market insights.
- Work closely with developers to translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories, ensuring alignment with product objectives and user expectations.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and quality assurance testers, to ensure timely and successful delivery of product milestones and releases.
- Analyze product metrics and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimization, iterating on product features and functionality to enhance the user experience and drive user satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies related to document editing, collaboration, and workspace solutions, providing strategic insights and recommendations to inform product roadmap decisions.
Your skills and experience
- From 4-5 year’s experience as a BA, Product management.
- Experience in SaaS or Collaborative or Enterprise Product
- Agile & fast deployment
- Good communication skills in English
- Eye for Detail
- Documentation skills
- Understand user pain points
- Detail-oriented, problem-solving and lateral thinking
